  • Act as the main contact person of the office.
  • Meet & Greet clients, make and receive phone calls.

  • Assist the Chief Consultant (former Visa Team Leader, US Embassy Dhaka) in administering and executing all the official activities regarding USA Immigration and Visa processing.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, maintain files and records.
  • Counsel clients.
  • Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
  • Necessary trainings will be provided.
